Has the ability to handle Civil and Criminal law issues, Experienced as Corporate Legal in a Multinational/Foreign Companies, the work performed includes preparing documents related to the Company’s Business or supporting the company’s business, Reviewing agreements and/or documents that will be issued for external and internal interests. Providing legal views and input to clients related to the main of the Agreement, reviewing Cooperation agreements and others. Currently as an Associate Lawyer, his main duties as a lawyer are to assist in the handling of Civil and Criminal law cases, provide assistance to clients, assist in completing the tasks of senior lawyer, provide legal assistance, represent clients in Courts and work areas throughout Indonesia.
