Rahmansyah, S.H., M.H., C.P.L., C.P.C.L.E., ACIArb. is an Advocate who has a lot of experience in handling cases both in court and in alternative dispute resolution institutions and has often tried in various Courts both district courts spread across the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, State administrative Courts (TUN), Religious Courts so that based on this experience it makes him more mature and better understanding the legal methods and strategies in fighting for client rights in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In addition, Rahmansyah also has a competency certification regarding the certified Procurement Contracts drafter issued by the Indonesian National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) which is very useful in handling cases in the Public Procurement sector both in the Government and Private sectors with specialization in procurement contract issues. Agung Fajriansyah Burantani, S.H., C.NSP., C.T.L is a Professional Advocate and Legal Consultant. He is a Professional Advocate and Legal Consultant who has several specializations and experience in the fields of Criminal and Civil Law, Tax Law, Business Law, Constitutional Law, Corruption Law, Family Law, and Land Law. Currently he has completed his Bachelor of Laws (S1) education in the Department of Law and has studied as a Specialist Negotiator in 2021 with a Non-Academic degree (Certified Negotiator (C.NSP)) and he has also studied as a Tax Lawyer and Tax Attorney in 2022 with a Bravet AB-Applied degree and has a Certified Tax Lawyer (C.T.L) degree and has been officially registered with the Indonesian Tax Court by having a Tax Court Legal Consultant License and a Tax Court attorneys minutes issued by the Tax Court. He is currently a member of the Legal Advisory Team for the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of the Indonesian People’s Swara Party (PARSINDO) and the Executive board of the DKI Jakarta Regional Representative Council of the People’s Information Collection Organization (LIRA). Throughout his experience as an Advocate and Legal Consultant, he has handled various cases including Civil Crimes, Election Process Disputes (SPPU), Corruption crimes, Family Law, Tax Law, and Business Law.
